Tandoori Prawns
Serves : 4
Time : 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS :
- Jumbo prawns 1 kilo (Washed and cleaned)
- Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 Tspn
- Turmeric powder 1/2 Tspn
- Salt to taste
- Ginger garlic paste 1 Tbspn
- All spice powder 1 Tspn
- Everest Tandoori powder 1 Tspn
- Green chillies 10
- Curry leaves handful
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Red food color a pinch
- Coriander leaves few
- Lemon 1
- Mint leaves few
METHOD
- Take a cooker and add the prawns with salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and a cup of water.
- Pressure cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Dry the water off and keep aside.
- Take a pan, heat oil and add in green chillies with some curry leaves. Let them splutter a bit.
- Add the prawns,fry for a few seconds.
- Next add in kashmiri red chilli powder, all spice powder, red food color and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add tandoori masala powder fry for 2 minutes.
- Finally add fresh lemon juice,coriander and mint leaves.
