I LOVE aloo paratha! I have been shown by a friend how to make them but I think it takes a lot of practice to get the dough right. I need to be shown again!

Anjum,

Your potato paratha is to die for!! It is friday night at about 8.30 pm and I did not cook anything today. Now that I am looking at your picture, my stomach is crying out for your paratha. If you lived close to me, I would so be over at your house lol! even if I was not invited.

Anjum, I would love to extend another award to you. I love your blog, so come and claim the award!
